Decline of One Nation a worry for the federal coalition government

The collapse of the Liberal Party administration in Western Australia is one worry for the government of Scott Morrisson. Perhaps more worrying is the accompanying collapse of the vote for One Nation.

At an admittedly casual glance it appears to the Owl that Labor in WA picked up a lot of the votes that used to go to the Pauline Hanson party. The same thing happened at last year's Queensland state poll when there was a substantial decline in the One Nation vote.

Unless Ms Pauline can bring off some kind of revival before the federal poll the Liberal-National coalition will be in trouble.
