Turnbull decides to play the girl while Peta Credlin sees Labor attacking the Turnbull government record

The ever reliable Sydney Daily Telegraph has quickly set the government's tone for the Bennelong by-election campaign.


There's going to be an all out onslaught on the character and political record of Labor candidate Kristina Keneally. There's probably not much of an alternative for a Liberal Party that the pollsters say is very much on the nose.
For Labor the task is far simpler as the former chief of staff to former Prime Minister Tony Abbott succinctly put it on Sky News.
