In The Australian  Greg Sheridan pondered the wisdom of Malcolm Turnbull not taking the Home affairs decision to a meeting of the full Cabinet. It was at risk of quickly becoming a mistake the website headline summarised.
A government convinced it’s heading for a loss typically makes the wrong decisions for the wrong reasons. The department of home affairs looks to be, sadly, a classic example of this.
